3 days of training, 40-60 minutes of training per day. The programme introduces you to the squat, hinge, push and pull, alongside developing the strength and skills required to perform quality bodyweight movements from press ups to pull ups. Support your training bodybuilding strength and core accessories. Finishing your training session with a fitness filled workout.
